Okay, so I just caught up with the Naruto manga. I had stopped the chapter right before Pein invaded. Yes, I'm brilliant.
Anyways, so I'm reading it and of course I had heard rumours of Kakashi's death (thank you /y/ ) but no one cared THAT much. Now everyone is up in arms over Hinata.
HINATA.
The most annoying fucking character ever that got the most screen time in fillers.
Ya, h-h-her.
Everyone boasts about her character development but it was basically, "shot one: she's stuttering", "shot two: HOLYSHIT CONFESSION". Of course she matured, NAruto was gone 3 years.

Everyone needs to accept that Hinata is probably dead. She was STABBED by Pein. She was hit by a jutsu that broke all of a summon's bones. Like Kakashi, she got her closure. She admitted to Naruto that she loved him (despite not knowing him that well, I MEAN REALLY, she just knows the basics. He helped her just like he helped everyone else he looks at).
I don't know why it's impossible to accept that she's dead when everything else is going KABOOM.
No, the six tails are not just for Hinata. They're for Kakashi, the VILLAGE THAT IS DESTROYED, and for Hinata, who reminded him that peace and goodness is POSSIBLE and NARUTO could help it happen rather than Pein.


Also, didn't Kishimoto say he was going to focus on Kakashi and Sakura in an interview? Kinda hard to focus on Kakashi now that he's dead and had gotten his closure. I mean, he finally faces his dad.
